The THK linear guide carriage HSV15LR1SS is a high quality one Linear guide carriage in long, narrow design (LR type) for 15mm precision linear guides and is ideal for CNC machines, automation technology, portal axes, precision systems, laser systems and industrial positioning applications. Through the long R version (LR = Long R Type) the linear guide carriage offers one higher load capacity, improved load distribution and higher tipping resistance as compact narrow cars. At the same time, the narrow design is retained, making the trolley particularly suitable for applications with limited installation space.
The HSV15LR1SS works with a precise Ball guide system and takes care of it smooth running, low friction and high positioning accuracy. The robust steel construction ensures a long service life even in continuous industrial operation. The seal design “1SS” reliably protects against dust, dirt and contamination and increases operational safety in CNC and production environments.
The long design of the LR type offers one compared to short standard cars larger contact surface and higher snapshot, which makes the linear guide carriage ideal for precise axis movements, heavy loads and low-vibration movement sequences. The linear guide carriage is compatible with THK HSV15 / HSR15 guide rails.
