The THK linear guide carriage HSR20R1SSC0(GK) BLOCK is a high-quality linear carriage made of steel for THK HSR20 profile rails. The HSR20R1SSC0(GK) is one of the tried and tested worldwide THK HSR series and is that Radial version (R type). Due to its narrow design, the linear guide carriage is particularly suitable for designs with limited installation space, without compromising on load capacity, rigidity or precision. The integrated recirculating ball system ensures quiet, smooth running and a long service life - even in continuous operation.
Precise recirculating ball system
Four rows of balls with a 45° contact angle enable even load absorption in radial, counter-radial and lateral directions. This makes the linear carriage suitable for a wide range of installation positions and offers high repeatability as well as low friction and low-wear operation.
SS seal (GK) for optimal protection
The integrated one SS seal (GK) reliably protects the raceways from dust, dirt and other contaminants. This reduces wear and maintenance and significantly increases the lifespan of the guide system. The self-adjustment capability also compensates for minor assembly inaccuracies and ensures precise running over the long term.
