Manual tool change
With just one tool interface you can achieve maximum rigidity and system accuracy. For processes that do not require automation, assembling the tool using a standard collet or shrink collet is a cost-effective and at the same time highly precise solution.
Sealing air as standard
For special protection of the high-speed bearings, all spindles in the professional line are equipped with sealing air as standard. This minimizes the penetration of fine particles and liquid even under the most adverse operating conditions and significantly increases service life.
Smallest concentricity tolerances
Our HFP series spindles achieve concentricity tolerances of less than 2 µm in the taper, meaning you can expect excellent surface quality and minimized tool wear. Optionally, high-precision shrink collets with specially offered CP nuts can be used.
Configurability
We designed our HFP series as a freely configurable system solution. Depending on the requirements, we can design the spindle for speeds between 12,000 rpm and 60,000 rpm and, if necessary, install hybrid bearings to further increase the service life.
